I am an electrical engineer at the core. My domain of technical experience is centered around high performance, ultra high speed electric machines and inverters for Turbochargers and Fuel Cell applications at Garrett Motion for the worldwide automotive industry.

Although turbochargers are a highly celebrated engine component, developing electronics for them doesn’t often grab the headlines, but recently my team and I have indeed had some newsworthy achievements; the first electrically boosted turbocharger to go into serial production. This is a real example of flow-down technology from Formula 1 to the street. Here is what the press is saying about the technology :
